Facility Monitoring for Clean Rooms

Sensire TempNet® facility monitoring is an automated way to ensure regulatory compliance in clean rooms. Reliable sensors save data continuously from critical measuring points, providing alarms for exceptions in case something goes wrong. User-friendly cloud enables quick views and reports for all the measurements in the clean room.

Replacing manual work with the automated TempNet® system increases quality assurance and product safety, thereby enabling the clinical staff to concentrate on their core tasks. Wireless sensors are also easy to reinstall, in case the room changes, or if the clean room is renovated or relocated. The TempNet® monitoring system is easy to expand with new sensors.

Automated Monitoring in Clean Rooms:

  • temperature (-30..+75°C)
  • relative humidity (0..100 %RH)
  • pressure difference (-100Pa..100Pa)
  • particles (0.3µm, 0.5µm, 1.0µm and 5.0µm channels)
  • carbon dioxide (CO²)

Getting the problems under control

"We monitor the pharmacy clean room and isotope clean room conditions (pressure difference, temperature, relative humidity, particles) with TempNet® solution

We are obliged to monitor temperatures and identify exceptions. Automated monitoring reduces the workload and gives us peace of mind. We have been able to get e.g. humidity problems under control with continuous monitoring."
