Product Manager (international product line)

The Product Manager will form an international product line team together with the Business Developer Manager and will be responsible for the international product line throughout the product lifecycle.

This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support. You will also be responsible for needed processes to ensure top quality service. The Product Manager reports to CEO.


Key Responsibilities:

  • International product line management according to Head of Product
  • Ensuring the competitiveness of products and a proper market fit
  • Commercialize products
  • Has responsibilities to manage from concept; design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life
  • Makes product materials and trains product sellers
  • Builds and follows a product roadmap
  • Drives product launch
  • Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers
  • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in product management, product marketing or sales
  • International experience in productization and/or marketing are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
